Parmesan Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli

Makes: 4 servings, 2-1/2 cups each
Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta, uncooked
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets or 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, margarine or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Direction

COOK pasta as directed on package in large saucepan, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain.

COOK and stir garlic and chicken breast strips in butter in same saucepan on medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is tender but not brown and chicken is heated through.

ADD pasta and broccoli; toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to coat. Serve immediately.

  • 8 oz. pasta, uncooked
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil or margarine
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago Cheeses

Direction

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, cook and stir garlic in hot oil in medium saucepan on medium heat until tender but not browned.

ADD drained pasta; toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Almond-Citrus Pasta Salad
Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 10 min
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (6.4 oz.) Italian Pasta Salad
  • 1 can (6.1 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 pkg. (2.25 oz.) Sliced Almonds

Direction

PREPARE Pasta Salad according to package directions, reserving the Parmesan pouch for later use.

STIR in oranges and almonds. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

TOP with Parmesan just before serving.
